If i remmember right i fixed it long ago (i haven't played GTA for a long time) enter the in game small menu where you can equip armor and eat snacks, it's hold BACK on xbox 360 controllers, dunno about keyboard, and somewhere in that menu you can change which icons you see on the map. This is REALLY stupid. I found it by mistake.

I own the max of 3 garages, 2 being part of owned apartments, but when looking on the map, the garages that are owned with the apartments do not show at all, only the 3rd garage which is not part of an apartment.
