I have an XZN socket set, and this tool is labelled XZN8M. You can remove 2 of the three oil pan plugs using this standard 8 MM tool. To pull the 3rd plug, you need a unique Audi/VW tool, T40159. Nothing wrong with the pan. Changed the plug multiple times, using original. Apparently the dealer is aware this is an issue because there is a newer "preferred" replacement for the drain plug, but it still leaks. 1. BitPork.
