It's mainly a problem because I'm a heavy WhatsApp user and unless I have WiFi access from the building I'm in: i) I have to turn hotspot off to check message and ii) I can't use the PC WhatsApp app because either my laptop is connected through my phone but my phone WhatsApp is disconnected or vice versa.
